About Sacred Hours

Hi, I'm Jenn, the founder of Sacred Hours, a bereavement doula, and a mama of seven, with five of my babies here on Earth.

Sacred Hours was born from my own experience with pregnancy loss, particularly the loss of my daughter, Stella. Losing her divided my life into a before and after, and the grief and isolation that followed changed the way I saw the world.

As I began working toward supporting mothers through pregnancy and postpartum, I found myself drawn to bereavement care. Living in a small rural community, I saw families around me experiencing loss and struggling to find the support they needed. I wanted to change that.

Why This Work Matters

I've experienced firsthand how much words matter after losing a baby. I've also seen how often friends, family, and even healthcare professionals struggle to know what to say or do.

Most people want to help. They just don't always know how. Sacred Hours exists to support grieving families while also helping the people around them provide better, more compassionate care.

The Mission

My hope is that fewer families have to feel as alone as I did. Through bereavement support, education, and accessible resources, Sacred Hours works to bring more understanding and compassion to pregnancy and infant loss.

I can't take away someone's grief, but I can help make sure they don't have to navigate it without support.
