Support, Whenever You Need It.

There is no timeline for grief, and there is no deadline for seeking support.

Sacred Hours offers compassionate, individualized virtual bereavement support for those who have experienced miscarriage, stillbirth, or other forms of pregnancy and infant loss.

Whether your experience was recent or years ago, you deserve space to be heard, ask questions, and remember in your own way.

Ways to Receive Support

One-Time Virtual Support

Sometimes you just need a conversation.

A free one-time session offers space to share your experience, ask questions, explore available resources, or talk through what comes next.

There's no expectation to continue beyond that conversation.

Ongoing Bereavement Support

Some experiences call for continued connection.

Ongoing virtual support offers individualized conversations and guidance as you navigate grief, remembrance, relationships, and life after loss.

Together, we can explore what kind of support feels meaningful to you.

Ongoing sessions are offered at a set rate, which we can discuss together to make sure the support you receive is both meaningful and financially manageable.

What Does Bereavement Support Look Like?

There is no single way to experience pregnancy or infant loss, and support shouldn't look the same for everyone.

Our conversations may include:

  • Sharing your story in a space where you feel heard.

  • Exploring questions, experiences, and available resources.

  • Navigating difficult dates, milestones, and changing relationships.

  • Finding meaningful ways to remember and honor your baby.

  • Talking through what support might look like moving forward.

You don't need to prepare anything or know what you want to talk about before reaching out.

Making Support Accessible

I believe everyone deserves compassionate support after pregnancy or infant loss, regardless of their financial circumstances.

That's why Sacred Hours offers a free, one-time virtual support session for anyone who needs a place to start.

For those who would like continued support, ongoing sessions are available at a set rate. This allows me to continue offering accessible care while also making this work sustainable for myself and my family.

If cost is a barrier, please don't let that stop you from reaching out. We can talk about what options may be available.

You Don't Have to Find the Right Words.

Whether you're ready for a conversation or just have a few questions, you're welcome to reach out. We'll begin wherever you are.
